Hello, I’m Toni, the founder of Get Grounded. In 2020, amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, I embarked on a journey to foster mindfulness for myself and others. What began as a venture selling wellness candles evolved as I delved into yoga teacher training. Inspired by my personal growth, I envisioned Get Grounded as more than just a product – a space that nurtures both mind and body connection. Join me on this transformative journey.
Classes
Hatha Yoga – blends physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation to create a balance between body and mind. Suitable for beginners, it enhances flexibility and mental clarity, serving as a foundation for deeper spiritual practices.

Aerial yoga – blends traditional yoga with a suspended hammock or swing, promoting flexibility, strength, and stress relief. Aerial yoga includes various poses and is adaptable to different fitness levels.
Barre – Barre classes are a fitness workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, utilizing a barre for support. These classes focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements to improve strength, flexibility, and balance, often incorporating small, controlled movements and isometric holds.
